Orders are processed and handed over to the courier within 1–2 business days of successful payment.
Delivery timelines begin after the order is picked up by the courier partner.
5. Shipment Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number (AWB), allowing you to track your shipment in real time.
6. Shipping Delays & Liability
Ownership and risk of the shipment transfer to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier partner.
