Refund, Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with VibeNest. We stand by the quality of our products and want every purchase to feel right. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Our Core Policy
We offer refunds and replacements only in cases of genuine damage, defect, or incorrect delivery.
If you simply change your mind or no longer want the product (and there is nothing wrong with it), we do not offer a cash refund. However, we will gladly let you exchange your purchase for any other product of equal value from our website. Any difference in price will need to be paid by the customer.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives in any of the following conditions, you are eligible for a full refund or free replacement:
- Damaged in transit
- Defective on arrival
- Incorrect product delivered
To claim this, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hi@vibenest.life or on WhatsApp, with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or a short unboxing/issue video showing the damage or defect
- Original packaging visible wherever possible
Once we verify the issue, we will arrange a pickup and process a refund or send a replacement at no cost to you.
3. Same-Value Exchange (Change of Mind)
If the product is undamaged and working as intended but you no longer want it, you may opt for a same-value exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to:
- The product being unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All tags, accessories, manuals, and packaging intact
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)
How it works:
- Email us at hi@vibenest.life with your order number and the new product you'd like.
- Once approved, we will share pickup instructions.
- After the original item is received and inspected, we will dispatch the replacement product of equal value.
- If the new product costs more, the customer pays the difference. If it costs less, the balance is not refunded in cash — it can be adjusted as store credit for a future purchase.
Please note: No cash refund will be issued for change-of-mind returns.
4. How to Initiate a Request
Write to us at hi@vibenest.life or message us on WhatsApp with:
- Order number
- Reason for the request
- Photos/videos (mandatory for damage/defect claims)
Returns sent without prior approval will not be processed.
5. One-Year Limited Warranty
All VibeNest products come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
Under warranty:
- Repairs, replacements, or exchanges are supported
- Return and replacement shipping is fully borne by VibeNest
- Warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, water damage, tampering, or normal wear and tear
To raise a warranty claim, email hi@vibenest.life with your order details and supporting images or videos.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances:
- Personal care or hygiene products
- Customized or personalized items
- Perishable goods
- Hazardous or flammable materials
- Gift cards
- Discounted, promotional, or sale items
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery (unless under warranty)
7. Refund Processing (Damage/Defect Cases Only)
Once a returned damaged/defective item is received and inspected:
- You will be notified of approval or rejection
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days
- Banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the amount
If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us.
8. Important Note
Not all products are automatically eligible for a cash refund. If you're unsure whether your specific case qualifies, please WhatsApp or email us before initiating a return so we can guide you.
