2. PRODUCTS & REPRESENTATION

All products are subject to availability and are sold on an “as-is” basis as displayed on the website. We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product colors, descriptions, and details; however, variations may occur due to device or screen differences.

We do not offer customizations, pre-orders, or gift packaging. Only products and SKUs listed on the product pages are available for purchase.

3. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Placing an order does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order at our sole discretion. In the event an order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.

All purchases are strictly for personal use. Resale or commercial distribution is not permitted.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout. Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without prior notice.

Payments are securely processed via GoKwik Checkout. By completing a purchase, you confirm that:

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method

  • You agree to pay all applicable charges, including taxes and shipping

  • All payment information provided is accurate and current

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are shipped via Shiprocket to the address provided during checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is handed over to the shipping partner.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked return policy from the date of delivery, provided that the product is unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Please note:

  • No returns, refunds, or replacements are accepted after 7 days

  • Discounted or sale items are not eligible for return

  • Return requests must be initiated by emailing hi@vibenest.life

  • Return shipping instructions will be shared upon approval
