Yes, iPhone and Android both. Android pairs and scrolls straight away. iPhone needs one settings switch, once: AssistiveTouch, under Accessibility. It takes under a minute and the card in the box walks you through it. The camera shutter works on both with zero setup.
No. It pairs over Bluetooth the same way your earbuds do. Switch it on, pick it from your Bluetooth list, done.
It works with the Kindle app on any phone or tablet. It does not work with Kindle e-reader devices like the Paperwhite, which do not support remotes like this.
